I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at Novotel Convention & Spa Antananarivo. My two colleagues and I booked and paid for 4 nights. Unfortunately, due to urgent and unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to check out after the first night only. We informed the reception immediately and were expecting the hotel to arrange a refund for the remaining 3 nights. To our disappointment, your management refused to process the refund, resulting in a significant financial loss and creating a very negative impression of your customer service standards. I hereby request an immediate review of this decision and the refund of the amount corresponding to the unused 3 nights. ⚠️ If we do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will have no choice but to publicly share this negative experience on the following major platforms, as well as on our company’s official social media channels, followed by millions of people across the Middle East and Africa: Booking.com Expedia Agoda Hotels.com Trivago Trip.com Airbnb Wego I hope to resolve this matter professionally and await your urgent response before taking any further action.

my experience with the staff from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning staff was amazing. however, there are too many flies in the restaurant when people are dining. this is not only an annoying problem it's also a health risk since flies lay eggs on whatever they land on

Not Ready for Prime Time

Too many things are automatic in this hotel: lights go on and off as you walk down dark hallways, air conditioning resists the individual reset and hotel staff are either ignorant of how to fix it or resistant to the customer’s request to do so. Over the course of 10 days in Madagascar, we spent 3 nights in this hotel. The a/c was balky, rooms never completely outfitted with a full complement of towels and bathrobes, food in the restaurant under seasoned and disappointing. There is a lovely indoor spa accessible only by one lift and an unmarked staircase. Finally on our third visit, I found the outdoor pool but it is nearly hidden, with no sign, off the 1st floor deck. The pool cover had been removed but rolled up and placed on the path between the staircase and the pool, forcing customers to climb over it. In short this is a hotel in dire need of competent management.
